I nearly laughed out at her face when I finish the booking n pass it to her. Of cos she has to AA lah.. Lol.. Imagine her shocked face.. WT... lol..Luckily I was in a good mood cos a VIP emailed me saying that she wanna tell GM that she was v happy with my service. *excellent service - she puts it. Well, come to think of it, I was really providing a very good level of service to her. Wrote her lengthy emails n gave her super lots of attention.. Somehow makes me feel v good. havn't had that feeling of a customer appreciating u nowadays.. Most customers feel that they pay to get service.. N they expect to have a high level of service. To be frank, I thought I lost touch.. There are so many things that I dont get exposed to when I m inside phonesales..
