But pax came down n as usual says she din wanna come back to collect tkt n wat call centre commit etc.
Then as usual Tracy gave us that kind of attitude.
We do understand tat afterall she is not ticketing staff but she shd not pass comments like , '' In the event, tkts r issued wrongly, call centre has to b responsible.''
