Oct is really the month for marriage.
First was Xinyi's ROM then comes Val!

Lucky her, din hv to lose any weight cos she has a good figure..

This one looks v nice, backgrd and everything was perfect!
Me n marmie loves this pic too cos the flowers in the backgrd looks so sweet and the bride looks so pretty! I shd remember this pose and background..
Well I hvn't seen her hubby all this time while they were together. Only thru the pics. lol..
The recepticon area at level 10 was a bit cramp but nicely decorated with rose petals etc.

Finally we went to take a seat, guess wat! Their wedding souvenirs are so cute...
Our first dish was salmon with dunno wat..
They looked like this up close.I ate one piece and was disgusted cos I m not a raw salmon lover..Yucks..
Dear dear ate it for me. They said it was quite nice..
Liza gt her first dish as fried octo which looks v .. sigh..
We tried hers n the octo were v cold. Guess too much aircon.. -_-''
Then her second dish was tom yan soup..
Our second dish was 2 prawns hidden under a big LOBSTER head.
Mind u, mine only have one prawn loh! And wat was that abt the lobster head..
Took a pic of dear dear's cos he gt two prawns!
Prawns were quite nice..
We were getting a bit bored again, cos we din know the rest of the table.
Three of us decided to self entertain ourselves..
Then somehow gt this soup, dunno wat mushroom with shark fin.
Sorry, this was like drinking shark fin in light soya sauce..
Totally flunked.
The banquet staff jus clucked all the plates to one side which looks horrible..
Serving time was slow and weird.
Some gets served first and some much later...
When the main course came, everyone was v excited cos we were too hungry.
That was at abt 10 plus.. After 1030hr I think..
Unfortunately accordingly to dear dear, the chickens worked out too much at the gym le.
Cos they were TOO TOUGH! I used a lot of strength.. Goodness..
Some of the guys commented that they would nv come back to this hotel for any wedding dinners.
Be it whatever excuse, they will definitely not turn up for such a dinner again.
This was my first Western wedding dinner.
Sad to say, both Liz and I did not enjoyed it. Dear dear too..
It was such a shame cos it is one of our close fren's wedding..
From now on, NO MORE WESTERN wedding dinners for me.
