what the heck.. early morning receive a call from an Indonesian pax.
He was damn fed up cos he called SQ Indonesia for v long, no one pick up.
Then he called SQ Spore then gt the number to call us at admin line.
That v clever person ask him to call hotline.
When I kena the call, I hv no choice but to let him know that he hv to call stopover dept.
Then he was v pissed off..
I can understand how he felt..
So I call 201 and ask her if she had answer such a call then she was saying that ya, she directed him to call hotline de loh.
Then I say its a different dept ma, she says THEN JUST TRANSFER LOH.
wat the ....
then in the first place she cant trsf meh?

Told her pax v angry, how come in the same company also like that.
Pax quite upset n wanna complain.
